Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy for all damaged or defective items. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or is the incorrect item, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund.

How to Request a Refund

To start a refund, please contact us at contact@soulsketcher.shop with your order number and photo evidence of the issue (up to 5 clear images or one video).

No Physical Returns Required

To save you time and shipping costs, we do not require you to mail the item back to us. Once your photo/video evidence is verified, we will process your refund or send a replacement.

Exclusions

Because our items are made-to-order, we cannot offer refunds for:

Sizing errors made by the customer (Please refer to the size chart on each product page before ordering).

Sale items or gift cards.

Processing Time

We will notify you of your refund status within 3 business days of receiving your evidence. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
