SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT POLICY

Global Orchestration. Local Delivery. Our gear is fulfilled through a high-velocity global network to ensure your order hits its mark as fast as possible. To minimize your costs and delivery times, we use a smart-routing system that fulfills your order from the facility closest to your location.

STABLE FLAT RATES We provide stable, localized flat rates for our Canadian and American customers. These are calculated per shipment to ensure accuracy and transparency. Check your cart at checkout for the final flat rate applied to your specific region.

MULTI-LOCATION FULFILLMENT We prioritize shipping all your items together whenever possible to keep your shipping costs at their lowest. However, because some of our items use different printing equipment, they may need to be printed at one of our partner hubs across the USA, UK, EU and AU. In this case, your order may be split into separate shipments based on your order selections and what printing facility is located within your region. 

Combined Shipments: Items shipping from the same facility are subject to a single flat rate fee. 

Split Shipments: Any items joining the order from a separate facility will carry their own respective flat rate shipping fee for that package.

All AOP items will ship from one of two specialized cut & sew / sublimation facility and carry it's own shipping charge for that package.

Customs duties may apply for certain international territories depending on your local laws.
